2 weeks 1 day still smoke free hope you are to i do not miss them as much as i thought i would when i see someone smoking i wont lie it makes me want one but since i dont have any cant smoke i think about all the good things about not smoking money,health,no ashes in my car,just a few if you have any ideas share them if your still thinkin about quiting call now you get free product and quit coach i have tried other ways they really got me the help to kick this
